ReclaimTime is installed directly on your computers and other devices. Users log in with private credentials or using “Single Sign-On” The client application collects browsing activity and app usage (if enabled) and then sends the results to our data server in the cloud. Your company data is segregated and kept from prying eyes.
The client application also periodically polls for updated app settings from the server. These transfers are protected by TLS v1.2.
Your Company Management Team defines productivity plans and accesses reports in the Online Management Dashboard. Accessed via HTTPS.
