Where the ReclaimTime client is installed on a computer by an organization, the activity data it records (application names, website hosts, window titles and time measurements) is processed on behalf of that organization as its processor, under our Data Processing Agreement. See section 10.

The account data may be processed for the purposes of operating our website, providing our services, ensuring the security of our website and services, maintaining back-ups of our databases and communicating with you.
We may process information contained in any inquiry you submit to us regarding goods and/or services. The inquiry data may be processed for the purposes of offering, marketing and selling relevant goods and/or services to you.
We may process information relating to transactions, including purchases of goods and services, that you enter into with us and/or through our website. The transaction data may include first and last names, an email address to be used as a login, billing contact information, credit card number and a password. The transaction data may be processed for the purpose of supplying the purchased goods and services and keeping proper records of those transactions.
We may process information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters. The notification data may be processed for the purposes of sending you the relevant notifications and/or newsletters. The legal basis for this processing is your consent.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information is information that does not identify a specific person. This type of information may include things like the Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") of the website you visited before coming to the Company Service, the URL of the website you visit after leaving the Company Service, the type of browser you are using, your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, mobile carrier information, mobile device information, or general and/or aggregated location data.
We, and/or our authorized Third-Party Service Providers, may automatically collect this information when you visit or use the Company Service using electronic tools like Cookies and Web beacons or Pixel tags. We use Non-Personally Identifiable Information to troubleshoot, administer the Company Service, analyze trends, gather demographic information, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities.
Our website currently uses no analytics or advertising tools. The ReclaimTime client and dashboard send no usage data to third-party analytics providers.

You have the right to confirmation as to whether or not we process your personal data and, where we do, access to the personal data, together with certain additional information. Providing the rights and freedoms of others are not affected, we will supply to you a copy of your personal data. The first copy will be provided free of charge.
You have the right to have any inaccurate personal data about you rectified and, taking into account the purposes of the processing, to have any incomplete personal data about you completed.
In some circumstances you have the right to the erasure of your personal data without undue delay. Those circumstances include: the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected; you withdraw consent to consent-based processing; you object to the processing under certain rules of applicable data protection law; the processing is for direct marketing purposes; and the personal data have been unlawfully processed.
If you consider that our processing of your personal information infringes data protection laws, you have a legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection. To the extent that the legal basis for our processing of your personal information is consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
The Service is provided to organizations for use by their staff and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Account, inquiry and correspondence data is kept for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless deletion is requested earlier. Activity data processed on behalf of a customer organization is kept according to that organization's instructions and the Data Processing Agreement.
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
If ReclaimTime runs on a computer provided by your employer, your employer decides what is recorded and why, and is the data controller for that data. Reclaim Time Ltd processes it only on the employer's instructions. The client records application names, website hosts, window titles and time measurements during configured working hours. It never records screenshots, keystroke contents, clipboard, camera, microphone, file contents, or the contents of email, chat or calls. For access, correction or deletion requests about this data, contact your employer; we assist them in responding. Our Data Processing Agreement sets out the terms.
