ReclaimTime is a workforce productivity and workstation control platform that provides website and application management, activity monitoring, policy enforcement, and reporting tools for enterprise environments. The Service may include desktop software, browser extensions, cloud dashboards, APIs, and related documentation.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during the subscription period.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RECLAIM TIME LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reclaim Time Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of the current billing period by providing written notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Policy, after which it will be deleted.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
